Chapter 39 Asking for Money

Miah narrowed her eyes. She raised her finger and hooked his chin.

"It's your fault for making me jealous!"

Bobby grabbed her finger and held her hand.

"It's my fault. I won't make you jealous in the future."

"Humph, that's..."

Before she could say the word "correct", the passionate and masculine kiss had already graced her lips.

With one hand he held her finger from just now, with the other warm hand, he supported her sensitive nape as a faint heat emanated.

Miah's mind went blank for a moment.

She looked at the handsome face of Bobby Gallagher who was inches away from her, she could even see his thick and lustrous eyelashes tremble ever so slightly. 

Miah's heart began to beat faster.

After a light kiss, Bobby left her lips.

"Since I've kissed the jealousy away, does it still feel sour?"

Miah puffed up her cheeks. "What do you think?"

Miah felt that she had gradually gotten used to his spontaneous intimacy. It was as if she had lost her temper.

Miah's recent experiences had drained her mentally and physically.

Lying in the bathtub, she closed her eyes to rest.

The air in the room was dense, and there was a slight lack of oxygen in the environment. She fell asleep unconsciously.

"Thump thump thump."

Even when there was a knock on the door, Miah did not respond at all.

Bobby frowned and opened the bathroom.

The warm steam hit him in the face, but the scene in the bathroom made his blood surge quickly!

In the white luxurious bathtub, the woman was naked. She had long limbs and her skin was fair and smooth.

Her black hair was coiled up high, revealing her slender neck that was outlined by an elegant curve.

Bobby resisted the desire in his heart, took her out of the bathtub, and wrapped her in a bath towel.

She actually fell asleep after taking a bath.

If he hadn't pushed the door open and come in to have a look, she would have been suffocated.  

That night, Miah actually had a dream.

In her dream, there seemed to be only a soft feather sweeping over her body. It was itchy and she couldn't help but shiver under contact.

She wanted to stop the feather, but the feather was so agile that she couldn't catch it no matter how hard she tried. It even became stronger and even started to tease her.

She struggled, opened her eyes in her dream, and got up.

Unexpectedly, she realized that the feather had turned into Bobby Gallagher!

He kissed her hair and his touch guided her.

From her eyes to the cheeks, and her collarbone, his hands traveled down lower.

In her dream, Bobby's legs had recovered and they were enjoying each other's intimacy in a sea of flowers.

When Miah woke up the next morning, she was so tired that her whole body went limp.

She frowned and looked at her body on the bed.

She seemed to have fallen asleep in the bathtub last night. Was it Bobby who carried her to the bed?

While she was thinking, a man in a suit appeared beside her in a wheelchair.

"Good morning, Mrs. Gallagher."

Bobby was dressed in a suit and leather shoes today. His black hair in front of his forehead was tied up. He looked sharp and handsome, and it gave off the impression that he was glowing.

She was so tired that she almost died. Why did he look more energetic than usual?

"Good morning..." Miah muttered. "Last night, I felt like there was someone on the bed..."

"Of course, I was there."

What Miah wanted to ask was what exactly did he do...

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

Bobby looked at her and smiled. "Did you dream of something last night?"

"No..."

"Hmm?"

Miah's face turned red.

Thinking of what had happened last night, she blushed.

Later, she even dreamed of the feather exploring her. 

"I didn't dream of anything. Get out of here. I'm going to get up and get changed!"

Bobby chuckled. His expression was so calm that no one could guess what he was thinking.

Miah propped up her tired body and went to the bathroom to wash up after Bobby left the bedroom.

When Miah was brushing her teeth, she noticed her neck in the reflection in the mirror and was dumbfounded.

Her neck, and the skin exposed by the undone buttons, were covered in little red marks that looked like tiny stars

Even if she had never experienced intimacy, she knew what it was!

"Bobby Gallagher!"

She was going out to get even with him, but there was no trace of the man outside the room.

Miah was very angry.

"Granny, please don't be angry. I have looked up all the information you asked for. Why are you still drilling me so hard?"

It was Briggs who had called.

He didn't know what medicine she had taken wrong today, she was very irritable. 

"It's you who's slow. Have you found anything? Is it Eliza?"

"Yes, only Eliza."

"Where are the other members of the Sampson family? And that d*mned man, Jason?"

"The other members of the Sampson Family did not participate this time. After Eliza was bailed out, she did not return to the Sampson Family."

"Jason's going to jail is a foregone conclusion. It's impossible for him to put on a show, and the Powell family is not involved."

"Ha, Eliza is quite capable. She can even find Martha and use her to deal with me."

During this period of time, Miah had been searching for all sorts of information regarding Raul and Martha.

And she found that Martha had been meeting up with Eliza a few times recently!

Since Eliza had failed in provoking Bobby with the pictures, Eliza probably had tried to use Martha to provoke her!

Miah leaned back against the chair, lazily rubbing her brow furrowed in thought. Eliza is still trying to struggle with the backing of Edward. "I don't have the patience to deal with her anymore. You guys know what to do!'

Aside from Eliza, Miah had other things to do, and a lot of people to deal with.

Martha could be considered as one of the people Miah had to deal with. including Raul, and the person who wanted to take her life a while back.

But at this moment, there was a knock on the door!

"Madam!"

"The housekeeper?"

"The Sampson family is here. They are clamoring at the gate of Lanna Tips to see you!" Butler Li said worriedly, "Mr. Gallagher once told us not to let them come and bother you and to chase them away when we see them. I'm just here to inform you."

Under Bobby's instructions, it was impossible for them to let anyone enter Lanna Tips.

However, this time, Miah changed her mind.

"Let them in. I haven't seen them for a long time. I have a lot to ask them."

After a few months of not seeing Dylan and Holly, Miah almost couldn't recognize them.

As far as Miah knew, the family had fallen into quite a lot of debt after its bankruptcy. Grandma Sampson was pretending to be ill every day, while Dylan was hiding around with Holly.

"Just say it, I don't have much time for you guys."

Holly and Dylan looked at each other and took the lead to say, "Miah, Bobby's residence is so lavish, he must treat you very well right? You must be very happy now right?"

Miah glanced at her watch. "You still have four minutes and fifty seconds left."

Dylan's face instantly turned red. "Miah, no matter what, I'm still your biological father!"

"The Sampson family had been in a crisis for so long, yet you have never taken any initiatives. Even animals don't have a heart of stone like you."

"At the end of the day, you're here to ask for money." Miah laughed mockingly. "The bank won't lend you money, is that even so with loan sharks? The interest I charge here is even more than that of a loan shark!"

"You!"

Dylan was so angry that he wanted to lose his temper, but Holly stopped him!

They came here to ask for money from Miah.

Since they had a favor to ask, they had to be on their best behavior.
