Finn was happy to be around her and Jai's family except for Sally and Tex at this point and leave all the MC's alone. She wanted a life for her and her son without worry who was going to be using her as a power play. Members of MC's were not part of her life except for Myles, Zane and Sally but they were family.
When Sally had gone to pick up Finn at the hospital in the morning all hell broke loose. Tex was furious that she was missing, Sally was blaming Tex and had kicked him out of their place. Tama was worried as Finn's phone was switched off. Only Myles knew what was going on but he played clueless as did Zane and Sunny who made the trip to the hospital so no one would suspect that she was staying with them. Tex had stormed into the granny flat losing his shit when he noticed that all the clothes were missing. The entire club was out on notice that Finn had gone and if anyone saw her that Tex was to be informed. He made clear she was not to be harmed after Sally pulled out a knife aiming it at his neck. Tex reiterated that she was family and that they were just worried about her safety and nothing else. Finn though could finally breathe away from the MC.
The weeks had flown by and Jai was close to 6 months old. He was thriving and was sitting up by himself and also was almost up into a crawl position. Finn loved her independence and being able to cook what she wanted and walk around the house in just a bra and pants if she wanted. Jai was teething and sometimes used Finn's nipple as a teething toy which hurt like hell. Not having to worry about anyone at her place but herself meant if she didn't want a top on she didn't need one on.
Finn was happily dancing around the lounge room holding a giggling Jai when there was a knock on the door. No one had bothered Finn and Sunny, Zane and Myles always let her know if they were coming over. That was because they had come around when she had been at playgroup or the grocery store and Myles freaked out not knowing where she was. No one from Tex's MC had found her yet according to Myles so Finn assumed it was either a Jehovah's Witness or someone selling something.
Finn danced over to the door with a giggling Jai opening the door to reveal Tama. Finn was shocked, she had even changed her number so none of Tex's club was able to contact her. Myles had assured her no one knew. Immediately Finn got flashbacks of the day of her birthday and the beating she had got. Finn backed up struggling to breathe. Her eyes were darting every which way looking for a way out or a way to protect her son.
"Wow Finn, it's just me" Tama stated seeing how carefree Finn had been when she opened the door smiling and looking happy with Jai. Now she looked like she had seen a ghost. Tama stepped towards Finn to offer her comfort but that made it worse she shielded Jai with her body and looked to brace for the impact. "Fuck, shit. Finn, I am so sorry. I am not here to hurt you or Jai" Tama rushed out once he realised what was happening.
Finn was so lost in her head remembering the beating she had gotten she couldn't distinguish between what was real and the memory she was stuck in. "Finn, I'm going to call Myles ok? I'm just going to pull my phone out of my pocket. I am not going to hurt you" Tama said softly not wanting to scare Finn anymore then he already had. He was beating him self up for just knocking on her door like that.
Tama had followed Myles two days prior when he had caught him on the phone with Finn. He was asking how Jai was doing with his teeth and then said he would see her in a bit. Tama couldn't help it and wanted to see Finn, he always wanted the girl and thought with them being at the same club he would get to shoot his shot so to speak. That was until she had taken off and supposedly no one knew where she was or if she was ok. There was no trace of her at all.
"Myles it's Tama, you need to get to your sisters place quickly" Tama said as soon as Myles answered the phone. "I know who the fuck it is. And I have no idea where Finn is" Myles replied. "I'm standing here in her hallway and I fucked up. I followed you the other day and then today came back to see Finn and she kinda panicked" Tama replied still watching Finn trying the shield her son but not struggling to breath as much. "Fuck. I'll call Zane he will be there in 10, it'll take me 2 hours to get there" Myles replied before hanging up on Tama.
